I used this product to drill (10) through holes in 14"-thick concrete stem wall (we used the milwaukee extension bar and center piece). It works perfect! no water needed. In few holes, we encountered 1/2" rebars and the core bit (carbide) cut them. You do stop every ~3-in at a time to clear the concrete.
