Electronic Arts 12024 Review: Dungeon Keeper 2. Dungeon Keeper 2 was created by Bullfrog, the same people that created Syndicate and Syndicate Wars (for anyone whose memory goes back that far). The game casts the protaganist (that's you) as an omnipotent being called a Dungeon Keeper.
